The ewe-cheese mold – our proposal for the artefact of May – was used at the end of the 19th – the beginning of the 20th century in the Romanian pastoral environment from Bran and Vrancea ethnographic areas. As a result of the Decision no 7 in 11.03.2020 of the National Committe for Special Emergency Situations and the Disposition 133/12.03.2020, both sections of the Transylvanian Museum of Ethnography will be closed for the public between the 12th and the 31st of March 2020.

The land cultivation is one of man’s oldest occupations. From the category of tools for working the land is also the spade. I am exemplifying this category of objects by the artefact no. inv.
